Bassist here - HELP! Which Harmonica would I use for G#?

Notice there is no (key) of G# on the chart. Probably because G# is the enharmonic of Ab they are the same note/key. Ab scale Ab(G#) Bb(A#) C(B#) Db(C#) Eb(D#) F(E#) G(F##) Ab(G#)

Yes same note. Same key on a key board. So Ab harp for 1st position or Db for 2nd

I assume when you say a (sharp key) you mean a key that has a sharp in it’s name for example F# because all of these keys are sharp keys meaning they have sharps for the key signature. B (5#) E (4#) A (3#) D (2#) G (1#)

You don’t. Use Db harp if playing in second position.

Correct. Don’t overlook enharmonics. A common misunderstanding is that there is no Cb or Fb but a Cb is the same piano key as B and Fb is the same piano key as E. Same applies to B# (C) and E# (F) Theory works always.
