Thanks so much for your great beginner lessons, glad I stumbled across you, and you explain it all very well. I have a question on the different positions. Can you explain like the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc, positions. I have your chart with the keys on it now, just need a better explanation of them all. Thank you.

There are already a number of posts by @Luke with lots of information about different positions on this very forum. You just need to look around a bit: for example in the Theory category he has several posts such as this one or this one as well as others.
