Fulfilling a lifelong goal

When I was a kid, I saved up my parents Marlboro miles and got my first harmonica, a Hohner of some kind. I never learned to play it, and never had anyone to teach me.

Last year I met a guy who mentioned to me that there were numerous videos on Youtube teaching how to play harmonica, and the dream was rekindled. I finally picked up a harmonica and went on to find out for myself.

I tried 3 or 4 different videos and immediately got discouraged. Then I found JP’s video and it was like the sky opened up. I’ve been trying his free lessons for the last 2 weeks and I’m just wowed. I plan on purchasing the full lessons as soon as I finish Baby Step 2 on the Dave Ramsey plan, and I’m only a few months away.

Anyway, I’m 34, an engineer and I live in the midwest.
Look forward to getting to know everyone.
