Generational Harp (hopeful) Harp player

Hey there, I have had fond memories of my father playing a M. Hohner “Chromonica” The back of it has a trademark of 1893. It has to be well over 60-70 years old, as he played this when I was a child (I’m in my 50’s). He would play it at family gatherings with his brothers, sisters, and brother-in-laws. I always wanted to learn how to play.

I am musically inclined, and have played percussion for a number of years, and have dabbled at trying to learn how to play the harmonica. This year, I decided to stop playing around with the books and self teaching, and do something about it. I own two Hohner Marine Band Harps, a C and a G-High.

Time to get to work.
