Greetings from Tasmania

Hello everyone,
Just getting into this whole harpin scene.
I play ( ???) a Hohner Pro Harp MS in C
Purchased JP’s lessons online about 3 months ago and I love it.
No musical history at all, but already I’m making noises my wife doesn’t find offensive.
I’m 59 this coming December and retired from work due to ill health.
My Physchologist suggested therapy where I was able to focus totally on one thing at a time and I thought learning to play was a great solution.
I’m enjoying learning the harp and it has a theraputic benefit in that it clears my mind of all the other incessant waffle going on in there.

Hi taswulf !

WELCOME on board !
I’m also a newbie, and I’m certain, you’ll enjoy being here, and playing the harp will give you big help !
Myself, I’m older than you, live in Central Europe and recently received JP’s physical course, I’m starting to study with my SEYDEL 1847 Classic, key of C - and try to refresh my English the same time.
Happy to see that you’re already busy !
Thanks for your help to find tabs ! At present I have the drunken sailor ;D
Keep well and have fun !
