Guys my d harp is for some reason running about a quarter tone sharp according to my tuner. I play guitar and harmonica simultaneously so this is a problem. Do I need to buy a new harp?

Try gapping it properly, if that doesn’t work look up on YouTube on how to o lower the tuning on that particular reed

you could tune the guitar to the harp so they’re in tune with each other, but in the long run it’s probably better to fettle the harmonica if you’re using you tuner as the reference.
Is the harmonica consistently sharp the same amount, or, just some of the notes?
There’s also different tuning methods for harmonicas (Justified, equal tempriment, compromised) that could lead the harp to go away from the refernce on your tuner.
Quarter tone is a QC issue. Fastest solution is to buy a new harp.
Get a good one, don’t spend less than $30 on it. Probably spend $50-100 Rockin’ Rons is a great source with solid prices.
