I think it’s called an Irish jig.

it is “Irish Jig”. Original from Gwendal or as “Irish Jigs” from Terra Celta.

Yeah I agree with everyone else - this is an Irish Jig. Brendan Powers has a book on playing Irish jigs but they’re just single notes.
Are you digging the way he’s backing himself up playing melody and chords at the same time? If so, that’s achieved by tongue-blocking, and I recommend checking out Joe Filisko’s study song Skip to My Lou. That would be a great introduction to this style of playing a melody and chords at the same time.
