Should be easy…

Who am I?

  • I play the harmonica
  • I hold multiple records that have never been matched
  • My friend and I recorded a number of songs on Mercury records
    -At least one movie and book has been made about me
  • I appeared on the Ed Sullivan show with my friend
  • I was awarded the presidential medal of freedom
  • I died young at 45 of cancer
  • I played the harmonica

Easy right?

Babe Didrikson Zaharias.

Much better known for her work with golf clubs, baseball bats and track shoes than a harmonica.

Hey All,

You forgot basketball, sewing, etc. And incredibly won the 1954 US Women’s open by 12 shots wearing a colostomy bag after colon cancer diagnosis and surgery.

The babe is arguably the greatest athlete to have ever lived her records prove it and good enough on the harmonica to have songs recorded and be on Ed Sullivan.
