So are you interested in playing a song in Ab (A flat) rather than in A? If so, then you would play a Db (D flat) harp in 2nd position.

@marshall1 Or, not to overstate the obvious, an Ab harmonica if you’re playing in 1st position. :rofl: What song are you playing? Also, welcome to the forum my friend.
