NIce progression. I propose G harp. F# will be diffucult, but possible.
Be aware, because some notes that G-harp can play will not fits on F# chord.

If you are playing a song in G# then a G harp will probably sound horrible. You should have mentioned that in your first post.
Perhaps a G# (Ab) harp might work.
@Marshall1 yes an Ab harmonica should work well with the capo on the 1st fret.
