Is the Kongsheng KB-12 or Easttop Forerunner 2 better?
I am somewhat concerned about Easttop using…Chinesium on the mouthpiece, and I will be ingesting bad metals as it wears in.
The East top forerunner 1 is fine, the mouthpiece is chrome, they are all very well made, as someone who used to work in the chrome playing industry I can tell you the chroming on the mouth piece is top notch and I doubt very much it will wear down and you will swallow harmful metals. Besides we breathe in more lead and other harmful metals all day long. I was born and raised in the black country in the UK I was born breathing in metal a coal dust. The only thing that ever harmed my lung was an enemy bullet when I was in the forces

@Dk360 the Kongsheng KB-12 is a copy of the Hohner CX12, I have CX12s and East:Top Forerunner 1 and 2s and haven’t used the CX12s since bought the East:Tops. It’s a personal choice, as @Andy2 put the Forerunners are well made and do exactly what East:Top say, I use them for studio work so they have to perform to professional standards and no complaints yet. Andy is better qualified to know about metals. Jay1
