If you can read and understand French, you are in business – otherwise you need to use (for example) Google Translate. I have yet to find an online and free metronome app with so many features! There is no downloadable version, and for smart phones it is best run in full screen mode.

Then you can press on the button with the flag for English and get the interface into a language that you can understand. Unfortunately the text explaining various aspects of usage are only in French. That is why I suggested using Google Translate. Of course, that is a major pain in the gluteal area. But at least you can get the interface to be in English and then it is quite easy to understand and use.
