I meant to edit my post and somehow I deleted it. I had had much luck finding local harmonica players locally, I was hoping to find a local in person instructor after once I finish the online courses here.
I guess not being on social media negatively impacted my search, because I asked chatgpt to find me local players and sure enough it found a band with a lead who plays harmonica in my town, so I have someone to ask for connections afterwards.
