I just wanted to make a recommendation for everyone.
I’m new to recording my harp. I bought a green bullet mic and it’s amazing but very heavy and has that signature sound, which is amazing for what it does, but I needed something to give me a cleaner sound when I need it.
I ordered the sp57 from BlowsMeAway and Greg made some recommendations based on my needs.
I got a bulletizer head (which gives the same bullet style sound, but it’s removable). It arrived from the states to the UK in 2 days. It’s 6.9 0z and 5 1/8 " long - so it’s much more manageable.
It sounds fantastic - really impressive.
He also makes a bulletini which is reputed to be extremely similar to the green bullet, but has a much smaller head to hold, and it’s lighter.
All in all - highly recommended!
