I actually haven’t seen the new boxes for the Special 20s yet. They look very sleek. I still have my old gray Special 20 boxes in a plastic container up in my music room. I used to play them all the time as a beginner before I switched to the Golden Melody. The harps are still solid after almost 7 years of use.
Congrats man! I also happen to have a Special 20 in C ( a niche and obscure choice, I know), and it’s a workhorse (not that I’d like actual horses to work all that much, that is)
@BigPapa @KeroroRinChou yeah I saw the new boxes at SPAH 2024, but this is the first time I’ve seen one “in the real world.” It looks really cool!
Its pretty nice actually. It has rubber “guides” or “pads” in side to keep the harp centered so it never hits the side of the case.
I ordered a Rocket Amp and it came in the new box. I’m not yet sure how I feel about the new box just yet. The harp is great!
