Hohner Bluesband vs Marine Band

As I am finishing up the beginner-to-boss course, I wanted to treat myself to a different harmonica. I had been playing a Hohner Marine Band that is about 40 years old in the key of C, which I like. There was a decent deal on a Marine band in the key of G, so I made an impulse buy. I did not realize the Marine Band had pearwood comb, so harder to maintain. They appear to be almost identical sizewise, but the Marine Band feels fuller? I’m also not getting much on my draw three and don’t know if that’s a break-in or if I should gap that Reed. With so many choices, I was suffering analysis paralysis. I mostly play folk or folk rock. Thanks for any insights.

Check the 3 draw AND 3 blow gaps and adjust until satisfied. Most people forget about also checking the blow reed gap when adjusting the draw reed in the same channel, but if the blow reed is leaking too much air then the draw reed will be difficult to play well.
