Doesn’t sound like any “song” to me, but simply improvising some quick blues riffs. That is unless I’m not hearing the whole thing?

As already noted by @pwherda these are not “songs” but just improvisations. If you are serious about harmonica playing then either start a beginner course (live or online) or start searching YouTube for videos about beginner blues harp techniques. In actually a very short time you will be able to do similar things.
It’s surprising how a little time spent learning and practicing can result in quite acceptable little “performances” such as the ones in your video links.
I thought the same thing. Just not my style.
