Hello everyone,
I am Sandy from South-West Germany…
I would love to play Blues for myself and for people I hang out with…
I am looking forward to have a good time!
Hi. Nice to have you join us. Look forward to hearing your progress.
It’s a terrible stormy day here so this is a great song to listen to. It’s so similar to something in the top 20 at the moment but I can’t quite feel it.
Any way.
I’m pretty sure it’s an F harmonica. Down the deep end is the intro just breathing in and out but it’s no clear to me, and the melody is something vaguely like this.
5 5 5 5 -4 4
-4 -4 -4 -4 4 -3
4 4 4 4 -3 3 3
If you get started you can probably work it out yourself which is a great way to learn.
If you just want to jam with the actual track then play softly and get the feeling first.
I hope one of the pro’s here will pick this up and sort it out. I take now offence and being corrected.
Maybe continue this in the WHAT SONG ARE YOU WORKING ON thread.

@Thoughtful_Sandy welcome to the forum! We’ve got some other folks here from Germany as well. Rock on! ![]()
Hi Luke,
Thanks for creating this resource. I was looking for festivals for harmonica and this site came up. The suggestions in the forum have been helpful. Thanks!
Hi.
Tam from Ayrshire in Scotland.
I play mostly solo tuned tremolo harmonica or seydel ochestra 10 hole diatonic, or paddy richter tuned. I play Scottish & Irish folk music, and various other music. I play song melodies or fiddle tunes.
I also play other instruments.
Hi All,
greetings from Sweden. I’ve just got the harmonica bug and decided to join the B2B course. I’ve been playing tenor sax for a few years but now it’s time for something more portable
I look forward to talk to you all!
Greetings @jalvehus ! Welcome to the forum.

Hi Luke,
I am Paul from PA.
I love the course.
I am 70 years old with no music background.
I have learned a lot by going through all of the lessons in Beginner to Boss.
I am starting over and going through again because I’m not a Boss yet,
…more like a low level manager.![]()
Already picking up things I missed the first time.
These lessons are great !
Thanks for making this available.
Paul
Hey @paul.pearson thanks so much. I’m so glad you’re going thru it a 2nd time - that’s how it was designed to be used! Welcome to the forum, keep up the good work my friend! Rock on! ![]()
Hi there, My name is Annika, I live in Sweden and I truly enjoy this course although at times I find it challenging. I will need to rehearse and go back in the lessons plans. The set-up of this course is perfect and Luke, you’re a very good teacher. Hopefully with some practice I will be able to play the harmonica.
Love & Light, Annika
You got this Annika!
Thanks for your kind words, and welcome to the forum. Rock on! ![]()
Hi everyone well I’m just new to learning to play the harmonica so I don’t have a lot to contribute at this point but I am looking forward to making a start today. I live in New Zealand. I’m young at 78 so I’m a late starter as they say, but I am looking forward to it. My father used to play the harmonica and I’ve always thought that I would like to learn. I do play the ukulele so there you are. I’ll let you know my progress. That’ll keep me on my toes. Thank you and best wishes.
