I plat I Am So Lonely I Could Cry and am curious if it is classified as as blues tune. Seems to me it is but the note layout is middle of the harp play. I enjoy many types of music but never really learned what the definition of a blues tune is. It seems like this one should fit

I think, and I could be wrong, that this is more of a traditional country song. Country and Blues music have a shared history, so there is some similarities
