I live in Canada and man trying and find the rocket amp in C key. Is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack. I mean I have looked every where. Hours upon hours searching on the net. Everyone up here is selling the combo kit .

Toog, Mandoharp has them here in Australia. All the main keys. $99 including shipping. You can email the owner or speak to him on the phone, which adds a nice personal touch to buying.

I have The Beatles, Ozzy and Mick Jagger (1st edition) signature harmonicas. Mainly for the novelty value but they all sound ok to me. I’m lucky enough to have a fairly good pension so I can afford these indulgences! And you can’t take it with you …

He was. I was lucky enough to see him in concert four times including 2 in Ireland (Cork and Dublin) and one in London on Saint Patrick’s Day. Final one was in St Albans in 1988. Always great!

My first ‘encounter’ was seeing the “Irish Tour '74” film when it just happend to be the ‘short’ before a main feature I’d gone out to the cinema to see (this was back in the 70’s). I was completely blown away by it. So much so that I’ve no recall at all what the main feature was… LOL!

So I just heard back from Hohner about why the rocket amp is hard to find in Canada. This is what they said. The Canadian Hohner distributor never brought in the individual keys of the Amp model, that is why you can’t find any in Canada. They only brought in the 5 packs after I requested them, and it took months to get them. It appears as though Hohner in the US is out of stock of them as well, so I can’t even get one from them. There continues to be an ongoing supply issue with Hohner but I don’t know

I would like to thank everyone for the suggestions. I ended going with the Mick Jagger . I will have to say it plays really nice and able to get singles a whole heck of a lot easier then trying to get them on my east side. Thanks again everyone .
