Hi Yal, I started with the beginner to boss program here early 2025 and proceeded to practice blues on my own after that. I have been attending the local bar jams, and last Wednesday I met another blues harmonica player Scott Smith. He invited me to join Roadhouse blues by the Doors and I invited him to join on Red House By Jimi Hendrix. When he got called up for Roadhouse, he was nowhere to be found so I proceeded with Red House without him, shortly into the song he is in front dancing with a lady, and then makes a big show, playing a few licks before popping on stage. We go back and forth dueling and it worked really well. I had audience members asking if it was all planned in detail and recommending we start a band!
This was a big moment for me so I wanted to share, since a year and a half ago I was learning proper mouth position and my first single notes etc from @Luke and now I am on stage going back and forth with seasoned players! My family friend got it all on video.
