I can play melodys to songs because i play music by ear. I need to learn some good harp licks that will allow me to play more interesting improvisations. I dont mind paying if what i learn is good. Please help!

YouTube is loaded with really good harp players presenting licks and tips for how to improvise with the harp.
Just to get you going, search our forum! There are licks tabbed out here. Then Luke’s harmonica.com or Jason Ricci’s site. There are dozens more!!

I double suggest Jason Ricci as well. His videos give some really good insight to invent your own style, in the sense giving you the tools to improvise. BtB course plus Jason Ricci gave me the tools to come up with my own riffs.
