I don’t make a lot of covers in my free time anymore, especially since I’ve playing in a band now. But I felt like recording something today because I was bored. I originally did a harmonica only cover of “I Saw The Light” back in 2023 (which actually caught the attention of gospel legend, Buddy Greene). However, I feel like my harmonica playing and my mixing skills have improved significantly since then. So I remade this cover in a way that has a mix that’s more faithful to my harmonica tone. I had to adjust the gap of the 6 draw on my F harp just to make that 6 overblow pop up at the end.
