Its a great coarse for starters. One thing I noticed is the little things that are discussed are extremely helpful. An example is how to drop your jaw as this really helps with single note play. I fought with the high draw notes at the beginning and Luke made an analogy about how best to lay them. His saying you use to amount of force that you would if your are blowing on a candle but not hard enough to put the flame out. Just examples of what really helped me.
