If you ever wondered where in the world John Popper of Blues Traveler came from musically, you’ve now been introduced to his main harmonica influence! Here’s a great written interview with him along with many great vids:

I think he’s as great of a singer as he is harmonica player too! In the above interview I learned it was actually him playing harmonica on The Rolling Stones “Miss You” (and here I was giving credit to Mick Jagger for that!)
