Here it seems like he’s playing a Low F# harmonica in 3rd position. The chord is -456. And the lick played with guitar around 2:45 is

Oops. I stand corrected! I just heard this bit at 4:05 and that’s definitely bending a -6 so he MUST be playing a Natural Minor G#m harmonica! COOL!
