After almost 2 months of research I have gotten a definitive answer what TP’s harp is.
It is the Hohner Pro Harp & Special 20!
The vintage Pro Harp used Special 20 covers thats why in many photos it looks like a Special 20 but it isnt. If you are chasing the You Don’t Know How It Feels or Wildflowers album harmonica tone the Pro Harp is your best bet.
Many people mistake him for using a Marine Band 1896, but that was just for music video purposes. For some reason a Blues Harp is shown in the book which is wrong.
I attached a screenshot of the music video and book harp. Also Tom in the studio with his vintage pro harp plus Scott Thurston (band member of The Heartbreakers) with the modern pro harp. There is also times where Tom or Scott would give out one of the harps they used.
Another screenshot where there are keys for some of TP’s songs with harmonica in them. Also with the specific model they most likely used.
