Do you tune a harmonica the same way as an accordion?

I’ve no idea how to tune an accordion but I can see Dai has posted a couple of videos on how it’s done on harmonica.
My dad had squeezeboxs when I was growing up but I don’t think they ever got opened for tinkering.

It just crossed my mind, I’ve read in another forum that the accordion started as the styrian Harmonica. Anyways an accordion is a pretty complex gear. I think it should serviced by a competent professional.

@murphybridget837 Great question! I don’t know the answer but they’re both free reed instruments so I’d bet there are similarities!

I think so. I think they both have that raspy sound.
