Can anyone out there help
Me with finding what key harp little junior Parkers way back home he uses is?? I can’t find any tabs or videos and this tune is unreal… If you haven’t heard it check it out and even better if you have any info on it please share… Peace from Cornwall uk

@Milo welcome to the community! Yes this is such a sweet tune!

He’s playing a G harmonica in 2nd position key of D, and it starts out like this:

-12 -12 12 -12 -2 2 -1

That should get ya going. If you don’t own a G harp, you’ve now got a good excuse to buy one!!!

Hi Luke. Thank you kindly for replying… That should kick me off, gotta put in some hrs as it’ll be my first attempt to learn by ear… Heard this tune just the other day and haven’t picked up my harp in ten years!! Muscle memory is a wonderful thing as I spent prob a thousand hrs back in the day… I forgot how good playing is for my mental health and how much joy it brings me… Quite a lot going on in the song and its played quite delicately ( to me) unbelievably I got the blue third pretty much on lock after an hr… He’s defo popping off the notes for extra depth I’m looking forward to reigniting my passion… Thanks again
