Where can I find custom covers?

BlueMoon seems to be out of them.

Not sure about where you live but where I live we have something called “mens sheds” local guys hang out and make stuff in a gov funded large workshop. They’ll make stuff for you if they can. Lots of them are retired tradespeople or engineers who like to still play with tools and machines. Maybe you could ask them to make you some. I have heard of them doing similar things? It’s basic sheet metal work.

You might check with a powder coating service - a shop that might powder coat motorcycle parts, bike frames, wheels, valve covers, etc. They could probably spray all your existing covers for a single minimum charge. I had one shop that powder coated a bullet mic shell for me. It was $60 whether I’d had 1 or 10. Glossy? Candy Coated? Flat?
